FastLap Supply Shipping Policy

We do our best to ship fast because waiting sucks. Orders usually leave the warehouse in 1–3 business days. You’ll get tracking the second it’s scanned in.

Shipping Rates

We keep it simple — rates are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and where you live. No hidden fees, no weird surprises.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

Standard: 3–7 business days

Express: 2–3 business days

Some race gear ships from partner warehouses, so you might get multiple packages.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Import duties, VAT, or taxes are on you — your country collects those, not us. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

If something is marked pre-order, it ships as soon as it lands. If your order has both in-stock and pre-order items, we may split it so you get the in-stock gear first.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If the carrier loses it, we’ll help track it down. If it shows up destroyed, email us photos and we’ll sort you out. FastLap doesn’t cover porch theft — sorry, blame the pirates.

Address Issues

If you enter the wrong address and the package gets returned, we can reship it, but you’ll need to cover the shipping.
