Bell HP10 Carbon FIA8860 — Open-Face Rally Helmet
The HP10 is Bell's FIA8860-2018 open-face rally helmet — built for drivers and co-drivers who need the highest possible cert in a rally-specific design. Full carbon shell, removable carbon half chin bar, integrated ZeroNoise comms, adjustable carbon peak, dual sunscreens. This is the reference product for elite rally use. No other helmet in Bell's lineup combines FIA8860 certification with a removable chin bar designed specifically for rally safety protocols.
What's inside the shell:
- Ultra-lightweight FIA8860 carbon shell — same aerospace-grade construction as the HP7
- Fast Removable Carbon Half Chin Bar (HCB) — quickly detaches without removing the helmet for fast airway access in an emergency. A rally-specific safety feature.
- Adjustable carbon fiber peak — rally-specific peak for visor and sun management
- Dual sunscreens — ML Red mirror (short, factory installed) + dark smoked (long version, supplied in box)
- Flexible sound-insulating ear muffs — integrated into the interior for noise insulation and comfort
- ZeroNoise integrated comms — high-power speakers, noise-canceling mic integrated in the chin bar
- Advanced multi-density liner — HP7-derived energy absorption system
- Removable cheek pads — multi-density advanced materials, configurable for optimal fit
- Pre-installed HANS anchors — factory fitted
- Drink tube routing — integrated hydration channel
Cert: FIA 8860-2018
Note: Open-face design with removable chin bar. This is a purpose-built rally helmet — not a general open-face road racing helmet. Sizing in centimeters.

FAQ
Why does it have a removable chin bar?
FIA rally safety protocols require that drivers and co-drivers can be extracted from the car quickly in an emergency. The removable HCB allows fast airway access without having to remove the entire helmet — a critical feature for rally-specific safety procedures.
Is this the same comms system as the GT6 Rally?
Similar ZeroNoise platform, but the HP10 is FIA8860-2018 certified — a significantly higher standard than the GT6 Rally's FIA8859-2015. The HP10 is the top-tier rally helmet; the GT6 Rally is the accessible entry point into rally-specific helmets.
Does FIA8860 matter for WRC or top rally events?
At WRC and the highest levels of FIA rally competition, FIA8860 may be required. Check your specific championship's homologation requirements. At most regional and national rally events, FIA8859 is sufficient.

Fits well and the FIA8860 cert covers every event we've entered. Lighter than I expected for a full carbon open-face rally helmet.
Needed the highest cert available in an open-face configuration for co-driver applications. The HP10 is exactly that. Quality is excellent.
