HP6 Rally vs GT6 Rally Carbon — what's the difference?

Cert tier and shell. The GT6 Rally Carbon is SA2020/FIA8859-2015, HP6 Rally-derived composite. The HP6 Rally Carbon is FIA8860-2018, full carbon, with HP7-derived technology. The HP6 Rally is the higher-spec option when FIA8860 is required. Both are closed-face, both have ZeroNoise pre-installed.

HP6 Rally vs HP10 Carbon?

The HP6 Rally is closed-face. The HP10 is open-face with a removable carbon HCB. Different form factors for different applications. Both are FIA8860.

Do I need FIA8860 for rally?

Only if your specific series requires it. Most rally series including WRC Academy, many national championships, and club rally accept FIA8859. Check your series homologation requirements before spending FIA8860 money.
