The R-9005 Tunnel Side Seat Belt Anchor lets you bolt a harness lap belt to the tunnel wall when using aftermarket seat sliders that lack an inboard anchor point. It installs underneath the slider with a spacer for the opposing slide mechanism, and it plays nicely with factory seat belt systems too.
