Roux Pininfarina — Snell K2020 certified. Lightweight karting specialist. NOT fire-rated; open-cockpit only.

Built for the start line and sprint tracks where every gram matters. The Pininfarina pairs sleek Italian design with race-proven K2020 protection standards for junior and senior karting. Minimal weight and aggressive venting keep drivers cool through intense practice sessions and competitive heats.

WHAT'S INSIDE THE SHELL

  • Lightweight polycarbonate shell optimized for karting speeds and open-air cockpits
  • Multi-layer impact liner sized for precise fit in karting helmets
  • Wide ventilation openings for maximum airflow at race pace
  • Adjustable chin strap designed specifically for karting body positions

CERT
Snell K2020 (NOT fire-rated; karting open-cockpit)

HEADS UP ON FIT

  • K2020 helmets are measured more precisely than road helmets. Measure your head circumference at widest point and check Roux's sizing chart carefully.
  • Karting helmets should fit snugly with minimal side-to-side movement. You'll want to be able to reach the chin strap comfortably while wearing the helmet.

FAQ

Can my kid wear this for closed-cockpit racing?
No. K2020 is karting-only and carries no fire-rating suitable for closed-cockpit motorsport. For junior closed-cockpit racing (club racing, etc.), you need a CMR-2016 or SA2020 helmet.

How often should I replace a karting helmet?
After any significant impact, replace immediately. Otherwise, inspect the shell and liner regularly for cracks or wear. Most racing programs recommend replacement every 2–3 years or after ~200+ competitive hours of use.
