Actually Measuring Your Head
Use a soft measuring tape (craft store, like $3). Wrap it around the widest part of your dome, forehead to back, and get the same number twice. Use that number to pick your size. Revolutionary, we know. lol.

upgraded to this from a bargain-bin helmet and the difference is night and day. vents actually move air, didn't cook in the summer heat. a little pricier than I wanted to spend but you get what you pay for on safety gear. does the job weekend after weekend.
The removable liner was a selling point for a long endurance program. Washes easily and goes back in properly. Good helmet for the price at this cert level.
bought this before my first my first wheel-to-wheel race weekend. visor lock holds tight, never popped open under vibration. solid choice for a club racer on a budget.
The hydration routing works well and the HANS posts are already installed. Bought when my series went to mandatory FIA8860. Happy with the purchase.
Ordered my RF-5W size and it was too tight. The RF-10W runs more snug than other Sparco helmets. One size up and the fit was perfect. Helmet quality is excellent.
