The Skid is a lightweight racing shoe that's both SFI and FIA approved, featuring a genuine ultra-soft leather upper with an offset closure system that eliminates the traditional shoe tongue. Moving the pressure point from the top of the foot to the side delivers real comfort while driving, backed by a stretch rear collar for flexibility. It has a comfortable cushioned inner sole and an all-new slim rubber sole that's anti-slip, anti-static, and resistant to oil and fuel, with a special texture built in for better pedal grip.

What's different about the closure? There's no traditional tongue — the offset system moves the pressure point to the side of the foot.
