Stilo ST6 FN Zero Carbon — FIA8860-2018 Racing Helmet
The ST6 FN Zero is Stilo's lightest open-wheel helmet — PURO-technology autoclave carbon (no clear coat), FIA 8860-2018, in the "Formula Naked" configuration with no electronics or side ports for maximum lightness and aero. Handmade in Italy, ~10% lighter and ~26% more airflow than the ST5 FN. The pure open-cockpit weapon, without the ballistic ABP weight.
WHAT'S INSIDE THE SHELL:
- PURO-technology carbon shell — high-tensile autoclave carbon, no clear coat; ~1310 g small shell. Handmade in Italy.
- FN "Formula Naked" design — no electronics or side ports; lightest and most aerodynamic Stilo for open cockpits.
- Three shell sizes — smallest, lightest shell per driver.
- Dual-locking visor — fully shut or vented; updated effortless pivot.
- Redesigned ventilation — six chin-bar vents plus crown vents; ~26% more airflow than the ST5.
- New wider eyeport — increased downward field of view for open-wheel.

FAQ
ST6 FN Zero vs ST6 FN Zero ABP?
Same shell; the ABP adds reinforced ballistic chin/forehead protection at a small weight penalty. If ABP isn't mandated for your series, the standard Zero is lighter and cheaper.
ST6 vs ST5?
The ST6 replaces the ST5 — ~10% lighter, ~26% more airflow, a wider eyeport, and an updated visor pivot.

Zero config but you still get the wider aperture and better visor from the ST6 redesign. Right call for drivers handling comms externally.
Went Zero config to get maximum weight savings. Better aperture than the old ST5 FN Zero and FIA8860-2018 covers my events.
